At Zhuzh Fashions, every piece is curated with intention — and we want you to love what you receive.

Return Window We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Zhuzh Fashions is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Final Sale Items All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes select Re-ZHUZH pieces and deeply discounted items.

How to Request a Return Contact us within your 15-day window to initiate a return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping your item back.

Refunds Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once we receive your returned item.
